Live Free works within a client-centred, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive framework. Live Free ensures that all clients are treated with respect in a non-judgmental manner, through the use of evidence informed therapeutic approaches including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Practice, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Arts Based and Mindfulness approaches.

Nicole Franklin is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers. Nicole Graduated from Ryerson University with a Masters of Social Work degree (MSW) and has over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Nicole has also received recognition from the University of Toronto as a Social Work Clinical Supervisor.
